Right next to a golf course and walking trail. Rent includes access to indoor swimming pool and fitness center.

There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, patio, and on-site laundry room (located right across the hall from my apartment-convenient!) The apartment is 760 square feet with a large bathroom and bedroom! There is a pool on site, located right in front of my building, so you don't have far to go! The deposit is $300. Cats are okay for an extra 150 dollar deposit. There is also new carpet (put in 8 months ago) in the living room and hallway.
The apartment is located in Sherwood Forest Apartment complex in Davenport. It's in a good location and less than a mile from Hy-Vee (something I take full advantage of!)
I've already moved out, so the apartment is empty, clean, and ready for someone to move in ASAP.
